HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
During 2013 the bags are £5.00 each and cost £1.40 each time we empty from your gate.
WILL MY BAGS BE COLLECTED AT A REGULAR TIME?
No, they could be collected at any time of the day or evening depending on demand.
WILL I BE MISSED?
Providing you have requested a collection it is highly unlikely you will be missed. If we experience a vehicle breakdown we will collect your bags as soon as possible, later or the following day.
WHAT IF I HAVE MORE WASTE THAN I CAN GET IN THE BAGS?
No problem! Just place the garden waste in a tidy pile next to your bags. Our driver will collect this and punch extra holes in the ticket. We are able to collect any quantity.
WHAT IF I HAVE A LARGE QUANTITY?
We can make a dedicated visit to you. See our new BIG BAG Service.
WHAT IF I CANNOT FIND THE BAGS OR TICKET?
We always return your bags and ticket to the collection spot. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for them after that. You may have to buy replacements.
WHAT IF THE TICKET IS USED UP?
Ensure there are enough un-punched holes for the bags you have put out by re-ordering in good time by post or this site from the customer area.
HOW LONG IS THE TICKET VALID?
Once you have purchased a ticket you have pre-paid for 20 bag empties. There is no time limit on when you request collection on this ticket. Check current rates for re-purchase.

Torbay, including Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. South Hams including Dartmouth and Totnes.
